Browsing the journal

You can read this journal without creating an account. The launch edition does not offer account registration, a newsletter subscription or an online shop. It does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Search and sharing

Journal searches are filtered in your browser. Search terms also appear in the page address when you submit a search, so they may appear in your browser history and the hosting provider's request logs. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information into the search box.

The Copy link button copies an article's public address to your clipboard when you choose it. The site does not automatically send that link to anyone.

Hosting and external websites

Requests to this website pass through its hosting and network providers. Basic technical information, such as an IP address, requested URL and request time, may be processed for delivery, security and operational logging.

Official planning and source links take you to other organisations' websites, which apply their own privacy practices. Fonts and editorial images used by this journal are served with the site rather than fetched from external font or image services as you read.

Local data

The launch edition does not store a reading profile, favourites or search history in browser storage. Your browser may retain normal browsing history and cached files according to your settings.
